from Moodies. Tim, the on-site manager, was already busy at work
when I'd arrived that morning. I heard him briefing the crew and
it was clear that Moodies pays a great deal of attention to their
clients' needs and preferences. He and his crew were still busy
at work when I left late into the night. I've never before encountered
a fellow service provider at a wedding who has arrived before me
and left after I've packed my cameras away. They were also managing
the broader logistical flow of the occasion, in a manner one might
expect from an event management company. I've worked alongside
excellent caterers elsewhere who no doubt adhere to the same practices
in order to achieve that excellence but Moodies were certainly
representative of the very best that I've encountered. The food
was superb too."

weekend you gave us. The compliments for the food are flooding
in as are the praises for the waiting staff and Lara's efficiency.
Having over 130 staff in our business we know how important it
is to get the right people. The young tell me that the bar staff
were also very good and the lads who erected and dismantled the
marquee were such good workers, again so friendly and polite and
they left the site looking immaculate. We will certainly recommend

staff standing all prepared with bubbly and delicious canapes until

were brilliant. Special praise must be given to the staff for everything
they did to make the day such a happy occasion, from the marquee
erectors who never once complained despite having to hump the equipment
up and down our steep garden to the waitresses for their constant
happy and smiling dispositions and to the Chefs for the preparing
and presentation of the wonderful and tasty food. We would also
like to give a special mention to the supervisor, Emily, who was
always smiling and so helpful. Every day we are receiving letters
from our friends congratulating Moodies for making the weekend
